An efficient method of transferring greases, epoxies, silicones, solder pastes and other thixotropic materials into a disposable syringe barrel. These barrel loaders can be connected to a pneumatic dispenser (optional) to control the operation.
The model 900-120 barrel loader is for pre-filled 12oz cartridges, which are placed inside a vertical container mounted on the stand. The barrel attachment assembly is threaded to accept luer lock barrels. Activating the optional dispenser once connected to the system causes the material to pump from the cartridge and to rise inside the barrel. This bottom filling method simplifies loading and reduces the possibility of entrapped air in the fluid.
The 900-120 includes stand, retainer support, 12oz metal retainer and air cap, one (1) empty 12oz cartridge and plunger, an outlet cap and special barrel attachment filling assembly.
