Cartridge reservoir in high density polyethylene with wiper plunger in a kit of TS80C natural cartridges and TS1P-SR blue plungers (10 pieces of each). This cartridge is supplied with the plunger pre-inserted into the cartridge. This allows material filling via the nozzle end.

Cartridges are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment or manual guns. They are thick walled and so designed for high pressures. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no taper. This ensures the wiper plunger inside moves down without restriction to improve dispense performance.
Use these cartridges with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks and gels. This range have /4" NPT end thread for nozzle attachment.
These products are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure.
Components are certified silicone-free components and will not contaminate any fluids that are dispensed from them.
