A pneumatic metal cartridge gun with quick attach bayonet type metal retainer and quick air exhaust to reduce material drips. Suits all 6oz (177cc) industrial type plastic cartridges.This applicator is suited on controlled beads or for potting of most adhesives, fluids, sealants, RTV, grease, gels, epoxies, mastics and potting compounds, etc.
Connect an air line to the applicator or use optional hoses. Loosen the end cap knob and remove the metal retainer. Load in a filled 6oz plastic cartridge. Replace the retainer and screw knob tightly to secure the cartridge. Attach a threaded nozzle or use a tip adapter and any standard luer lock needle tips. Press trigger for flow and adjust your regulated air supply for control.

This gun is compatible with Techcon cartridges part code TS60C and Semco cartridges part code 220316. Optional metal retainer bodies are available to convert this gun to use different cartridge sizes 2.5oz (60cc), 6oz (180cc) and 12oz (360cc).Needle tip adapters can also be used with the cartridges for attachment of all standard needle tips. Our guns are all covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty.
