A
manual pail pump is a simple solution to extract material from large pails.
Suitable only for 5-gallon fairly straight walled pails containing fluids such as
grease, paste, silicone and other such materials. The hand lever pumps the
fluid to bottom fill 2.5oz, 6oz, 8oz, 12oz, 20oz and 32oz size cartridges. It
will also fill luer lock syringe barrels in sizes 3cc to 55cc. An internal
follower plate ensures that most material is used.
Fittings
are supplied to handle cartridge filling and syringe barrel filling. A high
quality manual pump for transferring and bottom filling fluid from customers 5 gallon pails to both cartridges and syringe barrels. The empty syringe or
cartridge with piston or plunger is twisted onto the outlet tube of the pail
pump. The lever is pulled and the follower plate moves down to force liquid up.
As the liquid moves, the piston or plunger is forced up the syringe or
cartridge to provide an air-free filled component.
This
system offers a convenient and low cost solution from transferring many fluids
direct from 5 gallon type pails into cartridges and syringes without mess, waste,
air entrapment or exposure to open pots. This product is covered by a 1 year
warranty and is shipped with operating instructions. Suitable only for use with 5
