Part 435LL-1 are industrial grade 35cc/ 35ml size syringe barrels used
for dispensing glues, adhesives, gels, inks, paints, primers, greases and most
other fluids.
They are natural (clear) colour for use with all adhesives and the
fluid can be visible at all times.
These
barrels are constructed of high density polypropylene which means they are safe
for use up to 100 psi on dispensing machines but this barrel can also be used
with the rubber piston and plastic plunger rod for manual use. They have precision
flanges for safe attachment to the 400 series receiver assembly which connects
these barrels directly to a pneumatic dispenser.
The ends are luer lock for twist on attachment of all luer needle
tips. When used on a pneumatic dispenser, use with 400 series plastic wiper
pistons. These syringes are industry compliant silicone free, low friction
polypropylene and pricing is for packs of 50.
All packs are labelled to include part code and batch code.
