TS32CKIT is a high density cartridge
reservoir in natural polyethylene with wiper plunger in a kit containing 10 cartridges
and plungers. Compatible with most materials, adhesives, sealants, epoxies
including solvent based fluids. This cartridge and plunger kit is suitable for
use in 32oz manual, battery or pneumatic cartridge guns or pressurised cartridge sleeve retainers and caps.
Cartridges feature a 1/4 Inch NPT (6mm)
female thread dispensing orifice for secure attachment of nozzles or 1/4 Inch threaded fittings. Products are industrial grade safe, silicone-free and supplied in sealed packs with labels and batch codes.

Cartridges are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment or manual guns. They are thick walled and so designed for high pressures. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no taper. This ensures the wiper plunger inside moves down without restriction to improve dispense performance.
Use these cartridges with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks and gels. This range have 1/4" NPT end for screw on nozzle attachment.
These products are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Barrels are precision manufactured for industrial applications.
Components are certified silicone-free components and will not contaminate any fluids that are dispensed from them.
