32oz Low Pressure Cartridge System AD900ML-S
Type S Cartridge holder system designed for low pressure low volume applications and can feed materials to dispense valve under light pressure.
The 32oz cartridge holder series S has been designed specifically to hold 32oz Semco PPG and Nordson EFD cartridges under low pressure for applications requiring a simple and inexpensive pressure container to feed low viscosity fluids to dispensing or spraying systems.
Designed for 32oz cartridges and low viscosity materials, the system comes as a complete plug and play unit with one cartridge. The powder coated steel frame maintains the cartridge in upright position and has a wide base for stability. The fluid output is fitted with a 90 degree bend elbow. Air pressure is controlled with a front mounted regulator and gauge. A safety valve tarred to 2 bar (30 PSI) prevents the system from over pressurising.

Operation and maintenance of the cartridge holder is very simple.
The cartridge is inserted from the top and slit all the way to the base. A hole in the base allows for the fluid outlet to be connected to an elbow fitting. The fluid output is fitted with a 90 degree elbow fitting. Once connected, the cartridge can be filled with the applications fluid, the cap is then inserted into the top of the cartridge and secured in position with 3 thumb screws. Air pressure is connected on the side of the pressure regulator mounted on the front panel.
Part number AD900ML-S-CLL is the alternative version available with adjustable low level capacitive sensor. This is an option only and is not included as standard.
Fluids compatible with the AD900ML-S System are most low to medium viscosity liquids, adhesives and assembly fluids.
