Cartridge reservoir in low density polyethylene with wiper plunger in a kit of 250 x TS120C-LD cartridges and 250 x TS1PB plungers. The plungers are pre-inserted in the cartridge. 12 ounce/ 355cc ml size. Suitable for handling most materials including solvent based fluids. 1.69" outer diameter by 12.25" long. Cartridges feature a 1/4" NPT (6mm) female thread dispensing orifice for secure attachment of nozzles or 1/4" threaded fittings. Pack includes 250 of each part. This kit is pre-plunged. The plunger is pre-inserted in the cartridge at base level ready for bottom filling.

Cartridges are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment or manual guns. They are thick walled and so designed for high pressures. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no taper. This ensures the wiper plunger inside moves down without restriction to improve dispense performance.

Use these cartridges with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks and gels. This range have 1/4" NPT end for screw on nozzle attachment. These products are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Barrels are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for industrial applications.

Components are certified silicone-free components and will not contaminate any fluids that are dispensed from them.
