Manual Syringe Sets for Two-Component Adhesives
The B system dual system is available in 25ml and 50ml sizes. The 25ml is a manual assembly available in 1:1 mix ratio and takes a variety of mixer nozzles. Resin and catalyst are stored in the two chambers of the dual cartridge system and are then dispensed simultaneously through the static mixer, where thorough mixing takes place.
The static mixer nozzles are available in different sizes with different volumes and a variety of mixing elements. One of the main benefits of the system is that not all of the contents of the cartridge have to be mixed at a time. The cartridge can be easily closed and stored for further use, without the material curing. Packs include the syringe cartridge, manual plunger rods and dust cap seals.
Dual cartridges are supplied in different pack sizes and include dust cap seals pre-attached. Sets are supplied ready to fill and use. This part code is for the syringes and plunger rods in the same box. Mixer nozzles are ordered separately.

Dual Cartridges are designed to work with most two part epoxies, silicones and other materials. This system uses a molded plunger rod with ends that act as wiping pistons. It does not require a separate piston. Plunger rods are not vented. A dispenser gun is not required for this set.
