Description
High quality premium grade metal applicator. Syringe gun dispensers are designed for the controlled application of pastes, gels, adhesives and fluids. A robust and high quality made syringe dispensing gun for use with standard 55cc/ 55ml size syringe barrels. Ideal for low volume production, re-work or repair work where compressed air is not available.
Syringe barrel dispenser guns offer a solution for most medium to high viscosity pastes, gels, silicones, greases and other liquids. A portable and lightweight manual dispenser for applying most fluids. High torque 10:1 ratio leverage for effortless trigger movement. This gun features an adjustable switch to set trigger position.
Barrels are attached to the syringe gun using wide flanges. This ensures the barrel does not break under constant use or hand pressure. This 55ml gun is also available conveniently supplied complete with our full component barrel and tip kit.

3 x 18 gauge tapered tip
Do not use this product with Cyanoacrylate adhesives, rapid cure two-component epoxies or aggressive solvents. Suitable materials proven to work with this gun include solder pastes, solder fluxes, PVA glues, RTV's, silicones, sealants, greases, SMT adhesives, pre-mixed and frozen epoxies, single part epoxies, gels, adhesives, primers, inks and other assembly fluids .
