Our precision
dispensing valve systems handle most adhesives, liquids, gels and pastes
without mess, waste, error or hand fatigue. Dispense valves ensure
precise deposits of assembly fluids with options to apply by hand or as part of an automated assembly.

Precision valves dispense
accurate deposits of adhesives, solvents, glues, silicones, sealants,
pastes, gels, inks, paints, UV cure, lubricants and grease. Direct from
syringes, cartridges or
pressure pots.
Valves will cycle from 500 to 600 times per minute for repeatable and
fast bonding, sealing, coating and potting applications.
Valves operate with minimal maintenance, ensuring clean and accurate
dispensing whether used by hand, fixed on a production line or mounted
to an XYZ robot.
A typical system includes a dispensing valve,
a pressure pot or cartridge feed using a TS250, TS350 or TS500R digital valve controller.
Precision valves will dispense
accurate deposits with liquid fed under pressure from syringe barrels, cartridges or tanks.
Valves operate with minimal maintenance, ensuring clean and accurate
dispensing whether used by hand, fixed on a production line or mounted

Pinch Tube Valves
|
Precision pinch valves for use with cyanoacrylates,
primers, activators, inks, epoxies, UV cure and solvents. Low cost pinch
tubes for zero maintenance and clean-up. Hand held version for controlled
beads or pneumatic timed version for repeat deposits. Simple devices for
applications requiring accurate dosing of low to medium viscosity fluids.

Diaphragm Valves
|
Compact diaphragm valves for fast deposits of cyanoacrylates, UV cure,
primers, inks and anaerobics. Low maintenance design featuring a long
life diaphragm and stroke adjustment for flow control. Very useful valve
for use on XYZ robots or production line manufacturing applications.

Needle valves
|
Micro dot control using a precision needle valve
with low shut off point elimination dead space. Allows for small dots
without drips. Adjustable stroke for flow control. Suitable for use with
most low to medium viscosity liquids such as UV cure, inks, paints,
oils, greases and solvents.

Spool Valves |
High pressure spool valves for applying viscous materials including
sealants, silicones, RTVs, greases, pastes and gels. Stainless steel
versions for fluid pressures up to 2,500 psi and viscosities to 3
million CPS. Suck back action will prevent liquid ooze and drips. Either
spring close or air close. Low maintenance design.

Spray Valves
|
Precision spray valves for coating, lubricating and marking of inks,
primers, activators, lubricants and oils. No overspray and fine control
down to micro deposits. Stroke adjustment for flow control. Round
pattern or fan wide spray nozzles. High speed repeat deposits if
required. Aluminium or stainless steel versions.

Auger Valves
|
Motor driven positive displacement auger valves. For very high accuracy
deposits of solder pastes, fluxes, epoxies and fluxes. Disposable feed
path assembly eliminates the need for clean-up. Variable speed and auger
size allow for micro dots or precise lines of material. Reverse action
prevents oozing or drips.

Pressure Pots
|
A range of pressure pots reservoirs and tanks in sizes from 500ml to 19 litre. Tanks for use with watery fluids and medium viscosity liquids. For use with our range of dispense valves and fittings to provide a full feed system. CE certified and industrial grade safe products.

Cartridge Retainers
|
For use with Techcon and Semco cartridges as well as pre-filled silicone and sealant tubes. Retainers range is size from 2.5 oz (60ml) to 32 oz (960ml). High pressure systems up to 100 psi and industrial grade safe. With a range of accessories. Retainers for 310ml silicone RTV cartridge tubes.
