assembly fluids - from watery liquids, solvents, primers and activators
through to thick pastes, sealants, silicones, gels and epoxies.

Spread the pressure evenly across the inside of the dispensing barrel. Use a piston for consistent dispensing of watery liquids to thick pastes.
- Easy flow pistons (blue) require less pressure to dispense and allow air to pass without becoming trapped.
- White wiper pistons provide a good seal for low to medium viscosity fluids. Suitable for most liquids and pastes.
- Straight edge (loose fit) red pistons prevent strining and bouncing when dispensing very thick pastes and contact adhesives.
- Rubber pistons are ideal for fluxes, pastes and solder creams.
Piston components are for use with air powered dispensers or with our SyringeGun dispensers. To fit barrel sizes 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc.
Air powered
barrels and pistons are safe for use to 100 psi air pressure and are certified silicone free plastics. High performance products guaranteed to provide a clean, safe and efficient method of dispensing most adhesives, pastes, gels, glues, inks primers, activators and epoxies. Available direct from stock in sealed, labelled packaging with batch codes for traceability.

density polypro tip caps for sealing the bottom end of any syringe
barrel or luer fitting. Double helix female luer lock thread. Available
in orange, black or white. Available in small packs or bulk.

Adapter Assemblies

The
connecting air link between pneumatic dispenser and syringe barrel.
Available in 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc with either 3ft or 6ft long
hoses. One piece moulded head with o-ring seal. Quick connect fitting for use with all pneumatic dispensers.
