700 Series Syringe Barrel End Caps

Our precision components provide safe and leak free fluid dispensing from syringe barrels. Industrial grade safe products for use with most adhesives, pastes and assembly fluids. End caps provide and air-tight seal to the syringe barrel flange (top).

Adhesive Dispensing Ltd provide a wide range of equipment options for dispensing almost all assembly fluids - from watery liquids, solvents, primers and activators through to thick pastes, sealants, silicones, gels and epoxies.

Barrel end cap components for use with all standard industry syringe barrels. Compatible for exposure to adhesives, solvents and pastes. In sizes from 3cc to 30/55cc. High performance products guaranteed to provide a clean and efficient method of sealing the barrel end when storing or shipping when filled. The new end cap colour is now orange. Other coloursare available on request. These products are silicone-free plastics and ship direct from stock. Sealed packs of 50 or bulk packs of 1000.

Syringe Pistons

Syringe barrel wiper pistons in sizes 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc. New blue easy flow for high performance, white standard type for most general fluids and red flat walled for use with stringy thick pastes. Supplied in sealed packs.

Syringe Barrels
Premium quality moulded syringe barrels in sizes 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc. High density polypropylene certified safe for use to 100 psi. Clear, amber or black colours. Luer lock tip attachment. Use with dispensing equipment and syringe gun applicators.
Tip Caps
High density polypro tip caps for sealing the bottom end of any syringe barrel or luer fitting. Double helix female luer lock thread. Available in orange, black or white. Available in small packs or bulk.
Adapter Assemblies

The connecting air link between pneumatic dispenser and syringe barrel. Available in 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc with either 3ft or 6ft long hoses. One piece moulded head with o-ring seal. Quick connect fitting for use with all pneumatic dispensers.
